1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ba1777 platform available at ba1777.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "ba1777", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities conducted on the ba1777 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, promotional offers, and all communications with our support team.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the ba1777 platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team to request account closure. If ba1777 discovers at any point that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically and legally feasible. Any winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited in their entirety. ba1777 reserves the right to report underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services available on ba1777, you must register a player account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You warrant that all information submitted during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment account information — is truthful and belongs to you personally. Providing false information at the time of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active ba1777 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If ba1777 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be closed, bonus funds forfeited, and the primary account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your ba1777 account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. ba1777 will never contact you and request your password or full payment account details via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.4 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited into your ba1777 account must belong to you and must be sourced from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties, is strictly prohibited. ba1777 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund a ba1777 account. Deposits made from payment accounts that do not belong to the account holder may be returned less any applicable fees and the account may be suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ba1777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal festival promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL/BPL cricket seasons. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your ba1777 account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at Your Request

You may request the closure of your ba1777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. If your account closure request is made in connection with a responsible gaming concern, our support team will ensure that appropriate self-exclusion measures are applied concurrently with the closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ba1777

8.3 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of your ba1777 account — whether initiated by you or by ba1777 — your access to the Platform will be terminated. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds, promotional credits, and any funds under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks. Winnings derived from any activity that breached these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for return and will be forfeited.

8.4 Self-Exclusion
